Watch

If you’re using Things for Apple Watch, follow the instructions in the iPhone tab above to reset the password for your Things Cloud account.

The password reset link will be valid for 60 minutes after it has been sent to you. If you’re not seeing the password reset email in your email inbox within a few minutes, please also check your Spam/Junk/Trash folders.

No longer have access to your email address?

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your Things Cloud account, and you’re not currently logged into that Things Cloud account, you will not be able to change the password. This is for security reasons: the owner of the account must confirm the password reset, and the reset link can only be sent to the email address that was used to create the account.

If you’re in this scenario, you should just create a new Things Cloud account, with a new password, using an email address you have access to.
