Adding a teammate

Click on the + button below the sidebar and choose Add Teammate... You can then choose a contact from your Address Book.

Removing a teammate

Select the teammate you want to remove from the People section in the sidebar. Then click the gear button at the bottom of the sidebar and choose “Remove Teammate”.

Or right click on the teammate in the sidebar and choose “Remove Teammate”.

Reassigning an item from a person's list to yourself

1. Select the task or project
2. Choose Items ➝ Remove Delegate from the Things menu

I cannot sync delegated tasks with my teammates

Sorry, this feature is still work in progress. You can't sync delegated tasks yet. The current collaboration features will be enhanced in later versions.

In the meantime, here's a way to notify a teammate of a task or list of tasks:

1. click the name of the person you wish to notify in the sources list
2. select the items you wish to notify them about
3. drag those items onto the Mail icon in the Dock

A new email message will appear, containing the items you dragged. Any notes attached to individual tasks will be included in parentheses following the given task.

Add the Teammate's email address to the 'To:' field and send the message to notify them of their new tasks.
