Hardly deserved, in my opinion.

You are too busy to fix the problems in Things, too busy to post the road map promised a month ago, but you have enough time to remove links to your forums full of angry customers and write self-congratulatory posts.

I hate to rain on your parade. I really do. I know how hard it is to make good products.

But this is shameful behavior.

Please do as you promised to your paying customers. Enough is enough with the bugs, missing features, and horrific customer support.

(And don’t forget OmniFocus won last year, and they are a year ahead now. Get to work boys.)
