Full-time Support Analyst (female/male)

Working with Roman and Mick, the successful candidate will be responsible for offering excellent customer-facing support for Things on all platforms – mainly via email. Other duties include documentation, testing, and quality assurance.

• For this role we require an individual who is proficient in English.
• Preference will go to someone who is local or able to relocate to the Stuttgart area.
• It is an advantage if you already know and use Things.
• Previous experience in a technical support role is also a big plus. It doesn’t matter if your experience is only with Windows. If you have talent, we have a job for you.
